Pre-loading inspection is effective after the end of production, when at least 80% of the batch is packed. Checked in accordance with the specification, such aspects as: general, appearance, product functions, size, marking, packaging and so on.

If the contract did not provide that the seller pays for this service, then the buyer himself pays the cost of verification, which is carried out in his own interests, for example, when using the termEXW, since when using this term , the inspection costs are borne by the buyer

If the inspection was carried out in order to enable the seller to comply with any mandatory rules applicable to the export of goods in his own country, or in the case when the scope of liability under the terms of insurance includes: the risk of damage to the goods; the risk of conformity of the goods at the destination with its quality and quantity specified in the warranty
he must pay for such an inspection himself

Cargo inspection before shipment should be carried out by special persons, for example, a surveyor. As a result of the cargo inspection, an inspection certificate is issued, which records the quality and quantity of the shipped goods.
