Certificate of state registration

It serves as an official confirmation of the safety of products for human health according to the uniform rules and sanitary norms of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs Union), the document is issued for up to 5 years.

They are issued for finished products after conducting hygienic tests in an accredited laboratory. By the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 in 2010, a single list of products subject to state registration was approved.

Notification

Non-tariff measures

Non-tariff regulation

A set of measures to regulate foreign trade in goods carried out by introducing quantitative and other prohibitions and restrictions of an economic nature, which are established by international treaties of the EAEU member States, decisions of the EAEU Commission and regulatory legal acts of the EAEU member States issued in accordance with international treaties of the EAEU member States.

Measures of state regulation of foreign trade activities are classified into:

The licensed activity is

To obtain a license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, it is necessary to obtain a license for the right to carry out this type of activity in the FSB of Russia

Licensing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 99-FZ of May 4, 2011 "On Licensing of Certain types of Activities".
