A new procedure for the formation and application of BCF has been published
By Order No. 132 dated 08.06.2018, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation approved a new procedure for the formation and application of the budget classification codes of the Russian Federation, the principles of appointment, structure and codes of the components of the budget classification, which are uniform for all budgets.
The CBC for customs duties and Advance payments (the last 3 digits are KOSGU).
KBK for "Advance payments against future customs and other payments" will be 153 110 09000 010000 110 instead of 153 1 10 09000 01 0000 180.
KBK for "Import Customsduty" it will be 15311011010011000 110 instead of 153 1 10 11010 01 1000 180.
The document came into force on 09.09.2018. At the same time, the order states that the new procedure should be applied starting with the preparation of budgets for 2019.
