On December 12, 2019, the Far Eastern Customs Administration and customs of the region will take part in the All-Russian day of reception of citizens. Customs specialists will be able to answer the questions of the applicants from 12:00 to 20:00 (local time).

Personal reception will be held on a first-come, first-served basis when providing an identity document (passport).

In advance, you can make an appointment with the Far Eastern Customs Administration from December 2 to December 11, 2019 by phone: +7 (423) 230-82-77. By appointment, citizens will be able to choose a convenient time to meet with a competent specialist.

If the authorized persons of the customs authorities are unable to provide, taking into account the time zones, the possibility of personal appeal of the applicants in the mode of video conferencing, video, audio or other types of communication to the authorized persons of the bodies whose competence includes solving the issues raised in oral appeals, then such an opportunity will be provided to them within 7 working days after the all-Russian day of reception of citizens or in other terms convenient for these applicants. The applicants will be informed about the time, date and place of the reception in the mode of video conferencing, video communication, audio communication or other types of communication within 3 working days after the All-Russian day of reception of citizens.
