Classifier of types of documents when declaring information in column 44

Documents confirming the declared information in DT, the declarant must have a DT at the time of filing, with the exception of the cases specified in paragraph 8 of Article 104 TC EAEU or defined by Articles 114 - 117 of the Labor Code EAEU, such documents may not be available at the time of filing the customs declaration.

Information about each document must be indicated on a new line with its code in accordance with the classifier of types of documents and information. 

**** Employees are understood as the head of the diplomatic mission of a member state of the EAEU located outside the customs territory of the Union, members of the diplomatic and administrative-technical personnel of the diplomatic mission of a member state located outside the customs territory of the Union, the head of the consular office and other consular officials consular office of a Member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, consular officers of a consular office of a Member State located outside the customs territory of the Union, employees of a representative office of a Member State to an international organization located outside the customs territory of the Union.

Further, through the separator sign "/", a sign is indicated confirming the submission or non-submission of a document when filing a DT. "" - examples xxxxx / 0 xxxxx FROM 16.06.2021. In accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 109 of the Customs Code of the EAEU, the submission of a declaration for goods is not accompanied by the submission to the customs authority of documents confirming the information declared in the declaration for goods, with the exception of the cases provided for by paragraph two of paragraph 7 of Article 109. However, it is necessary to take into account paragraph 1 of Article 325 TC EAEU.

Further, from a new line, they are indicated under the appropriate code according to the classifier of types of documents and information for each (separate) document:

• number, date and validity period (if the validity period is limited) of the document confirming compliance with the prohibitions and restrictions;
• when declaring goods for which licensing has been established (if the license contains an application) - the license number and through the separator sign "/" the serial number of the goods for this application, and if there is a general license after the number of the general license through the separator character "/" - the serial number of the list of goods to the general license and then through the separator sign "/" the serial number of the goods according to the specified list;
• numbers (registration numbers) and dates (if there are dates) of transport (shipping) documents, according to which international transportation or transportation under customs control was carried out using the customs procedure of customs transit, if in respect of the declared goods, before placing them under the declared customs procedure or completion of the action the previously declared customs procedure was carried out international transportation or goods were transported under the customs procedure of customs transit;
• registration number of the declaration for goods in relation to previously imported identical goods in the case provided for in clause 6 of the Regulation on the specifics of control of the customs value of goods, approved by the EEC Decision No. 27.03.2018 of March 42, XNUMX;
• number and date of the document confirming the intended purpose of the goods;
• number and date of issue of the certificate of origin of goods, country code in accordance with the classifier of the countries of the world in which the certificate was issued, if in accordance with international treaties and acts constituting the law of the Union, it is required to provide a document confirming the country of origin of goods in the form of a certificate of origin goods;
• name of the document, number (if any), date and period of validity (if the validity period is limited), confirming the existence of benefits or features for the payment of customs payments, as well as the code of the type of payment in accordance with the classifier of types of taxes, fees and other payments , the collection of which is entrusted to Customs;
• number, date and validity period (if any) of the document certifying the registration of a person as a resident (participant) of a free (special, special) economic zone (hereinafter - FEZ (SEZ));
• number and date of the document certifying the inclusion in the Register of Authorized Economic Operators, and through the separator sign "/" indicates the code of the type of special simplifications in accordance with the classifier of types of special simplifications;
• when placing goods under the customs procedures for processing in the customs territory, processing for domestic consumption or processing outside the customs territory, as well as when declaring processed products, goods that have not undergone processing operations, waste and residual goods - the number and date of issue of the document on the conditions for processing goods in the customs territory, processing of goods for domestic consumption or processing outside the customs territory, and in the Republic of Belarus the validity period of the specified document and the declared period of processing of goods are additionally indicated (XX.XX.XXXX - day, month, year);
• numbers and dates of other documents and (or) information on obligations, the provision of which is provided in accordance with the terms of customs procedures, as well as numbers and dates of other documents and (or) other information to be specified in the DT.
